This is crocheted with a double strand of black crochet thread onto a string of hunter green beads.  I wasn't sure about the color combination at first but I do like it.   It is 4" across at the neckline and 4" down at the center front, including the beads.

Crocheted with a double strand of black crochet thread onto a row gold-tone and black beads.  5.5" across at the neckline and 3.5" down at the center front under the beads.  Although this looks navy blue, it is dark black.
